Jagora University programmes lead to institutional diplomas issued by Jagora University.
These are not State diplomas and should not be confused with French national degrees.
In France, Jagora University is registered as a vocational training provider — not as a private university under the French Education Code.
Any recognition for further study, international comparability or professional use depends on the country concerned, the receiving institution and, where applicable, the relevant official procedures.
Jagora University is officially authorised by the Ministry of Higher Education of the Republic of Cameroon as a private higher education institution under ministerial supervision.
This official recognition grants Jagora University the legal right to operate in Cameroon and to deliver higher education programmes across its covered fields.
Jagora University offers programmes leading to institutional diplomas at undergraduate, master’s and doctoral level, as well as professional certifications.
These diplomas are institutional diplomas issued by Jagora University.
Their recognition in other countries depends on the applicable local regulatory frameworks and procedures.

ECLEE — European Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurship Education, founding partner and co-designer of Jagora University programmes, holds Qualiopi certification.
Qualiopi is the French national quality standard certifying the rigour of the processes implemented by vocational training providers.
It guarantees the quality of pedagogical design, learner support, outcome assessment and continuous improvement practices.
Important: Qualiopi certifies the quality of training processes. It does not, in itself, constitute state recognition of the diplomas awarded.
In France, Jagora University operates as a vocational training provider.
The Lean Six Sigma programmes developed by ECLEE and deployed by Jagora University are designed in alignment with the standards established by the Lean Advancement Initiative / EdNet (LAI/EdNet) and the Council for Six Sigma Certification, as well as French national continuing professional education standards.
These programmes enable learners to obtain professional certifications with strong practical value across international industrial and service environments.
The YETI® programme (Young Entrepreneur Teaching Initiative) was co-funded by the European Union under the KA2 Strategic Partnership project (ref. 2015-2-UK01-KA205-014040).
This European funding supported the development of an innovative pedagogical methodology for youth entrepreneurship.
Since 2018, ECLEE has led the deployment and delivery of YETI® certification, integrated into Jagora University programmes.
Note: This European co-funding attests to the recognised pedagogical value of the YETI® programme.

Professor Mahamouda Salouhou, founder of Jagora University, is a member of the university working group of LAI/EdNet (Lean Advancement Initiative / Education Network), an academic initiative led by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
The Lean Six Sigma curriculum deployed by ECLEE and Jagora University is built on the LAI Lean Academy pedagogical progression, covering Lean fundamentals, operational application, Six Sigma tools, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), PDSA continuous improvement cycles and data-driven structured problem solving.
